Onyx is pleased to welcome Kimberly Portuondo to the team! Kimberly started here as an intern and has now returned as Communications Coordinator, aka “Editing Enthusiast.” Kimberly is a student at Florida State and will be graduating in Spring 2012 with a major in Editing, Writing and Media which is a brand new major for the English Department. Kimberly will be using her experience to create and edit content for the Onyx team.

Here are some interesting facts about Kimberly:

She has worked at a non-profit art gallery in Chicago, Illinois.
Kimberly is attending Florida State University with 100% Florida Bright Futures.
Kimberly comes from an extremely large family. There are 72 people on her mother’s side alone.
Kimberly’s favorite book right now is called Karma and Other Stories by Rishi Reddi.
